Designer’s Studio online store goes live

Designer’s Studio is a fine boutique showcasing unique furniture and home accessories from exclusive designer lines in the US, Italy, India and other countries. Founded in 1997 by Helen Woskob as a small one-room shop in State College, PA, it soon expanded to 5,500 square foot showroom in Centre Hall, PA. You won’t find a better place to buy beautiful gifts, home accessories, furniture, and get a professional designer opinion to personalize your homes.

With the development of information technologies, new possibilities opened for many businesses. The furniture market that became increasingly competitive was not an exception. Having a website as an online “business card” was no longer enough, thus, Designer’s Studio needed a website that would function as a modern, user-friendly selling tool for the company.

Our task was to build a professional, attractive and modern mobile-friendly online store that would resemble to company’s actual store. We took the time to get to know company’s everyday challenges to create a custom solution specific to their business.  We needed to come up with a solution that would allow company staff to easily manage website content, synchronize data with company’s point of sale system (POS) and give a highly intuitive online shopping experience for customers at the comfort of their home.
